Infrastructure Providers. Our website is hosted on Vercel and our primary database is managed by Turso. These providers process data on our behalf to ensure high availability and performance.
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, X, or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect certain profile information about you from the social media provider.

Your Google user data (Email, Name, Profile Picture) is securely stored encrypted at rest within our Firebase Authentication and isolated Turso cloud databases.
We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google user data to any third parties whatsoever, except where strictly necessary to provide the service infrastructure itself (i.e., data stored on our secure Firebase and Turso servers) or as required by law.
No data retrieved from Google is used for AI/ML model training or secondary marketing/advertising purposes.
Google Drive: If authorized by you, we use the drive.file scope to allow you to backup and restore your music plugin configurations and beat recipes. We only access files created or opened by BeatGangsta. We do not scan or access your other private files on Google Drive.
We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason (i.e., legal basis) to do so under applicable law, like with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services to enter into or fulfill our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfill our legitimate business interests.
We share and/or sell your personal information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, research partners, or agents ("third parties") who perform services for us or who purchase data from us for the purpose of research, marketing, and commercial analysis.
Commercial Sale of Data: You explicitly acknowledge and agree that BeatGangsta may sell your name, email address, and music plugin information to third parties for commercial purposes.

Social Media Interactions: When you interact with our official pages on TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or X (formerly Twitter), the respective platform's privacy policy applies to your interaction. These platforms may collect data about your visit even if you do not click the links, especially if you are logged into their services. Use of AI Technologies: We provide the AI Products through third-party service providers, including Google Gemini API. Your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers (Google) to provide the service. This application is hosted on Google Cloud Run.
Mandatory Authentication: To ensure security, rate limiting, and personalized guidance, use of AI Products (including 'Generate Recipe', 'Deep Dive', and 'AI Architect' features) requires a mandatory Google Sign-In. There is no unauthenticated or completely local storage mode for these features.
How to Opt Out: Users can opt out of AI-based processing by choosing not to use the AI-powered features. Users may also request the deletion of their account and all associated data by contacting us at [email protected].
If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account (currently Google Sign-In is the primary method), we may have access to certain information about you, such as your name, email address, and profile picture. We also interact with users via TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).

BeatGangsta uses a token-based credit system to manage access to AI-powered features. Credits can be purchased through our payment providers, Lemon Squeezy and NOWPayments.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security, confidentiality, and usage of your account and any credits purchased.
Payments: Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy (Card) and NOWPayments (Crypto). We do not store your credit card or crypto wallet private keys on our servers.
Transaction Processing: By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of Lemon Squeezy and/or NOWPayments.
No Liability for Costs: You are solely responsible for any costs, fees, or charges incurred on your account resulting from the use of your credits within this application.
