Google Sign-In: By using Google Sign-In, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) for authentication purposes. Google Sign-In is mandatory to access AI-powered features and cloud synchronization services. There is no completely local storage mode for these specific functions.
Google Drive: Our backup feature uses the Google Drive API. We only request access to files created by our application (drive.file scope). You maintain full ownership of your data. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account security settings.
Social Media Platforms: Your use of social media features (e.g., clicking "Follow" or "Share" links) is governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X). You agree to comply with all third-party terms of service when interacting with our brand on these platforms.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Services or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. BeatGangsta and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of California and the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Legal Terms.
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms (each a "Dispute" and collectively, the "Disputes"), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration.
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
AI Content: Our Services utilize the Google Gemini API to generate content. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated output. Access to AI content generation requires a mandatory Google Sign-In and a valid credit balance. You agree that BeatGangsta is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content.
Payments & Transactions: Payments for credits are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy and NOWPayments. All transactions are final unless otherwise stated by the payment provider.
Advertising: We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
We utilize Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our Services from automated abuse and spam. By accessing our Services, you agree to comply with Cloudflare's security measures and acknowledge that your interaction with the verification process is subject to Cloudflare's terms and privacy policies.
